Hello, I’m Alexandra.

`I'm a certified coach and consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in international projects, crisis navigation and strategic support. I’ve lived and worked in over 75 countries, and I understand – deeply and personally – how hard it can be to move forward when the familiar no longer works. Whether it’s a shift in context, a search for balance, or a quiet redefinition of what success truly means – and who it’s for.

I currently offer individual sessions and bespoke packages in Russian, English and Spanish.

I work with people in moments of transition – inner or outer – who want to move through change with meaning and presence.
